You've asked us for more choice in how you manage your accounts with us – that’s why we’ve made your savings accounts (excluding Children's Accounts) viewable securely online. You’ll still need to pop in or call to transact on your passbook based accounts but you'll have the power to view your up-to-date account information in one place and to update your personal details – all from your PC, laptop, tablet or phone!

How to view your accounts online

To see a summary of your accounts online, including your account balance, interest rate and transaction history, follow these four simple steps:

Step 1 - Call our Customer Contact Centre on 0345 601 3344 to request a User ID. We’ll email this to you, or if you’re in branch we can give you it right away.

Step 2 - We’ll then send you a temporary password – you will receive this by text.

Step 3 - Click 'Account Login' in the top right hand corner of our website – you’ll need your User ID and temporary password.

Step 4 - You’ll need to set a new password along with a memorable question and answer. Please remember to keep your security information safe.

Is an ISA your ideal savings option?

Tax treatment and rate of interest payable will depend on individual circumstances and may change in the future. Visit our guide to read more about ISAs.
