These videos are for customers with Online Access, these would be accounts that you have a passbook or bond certificate for and/or you opened in branch, on the phone or via post (except Your Saver).

You've received your User ID for your online access and now you want to log in for the first time but you're not sure how, watching this video will guide you step-by-step.

Online Access - Updating your details
If you're looking to change your details, such as your home phone number or address, this video will show you how to update them, however you won't be able to change them all. For added security, you’ll need to call our contact centre on 0345 601 3344 or take Identification into one of our branches to change your mobile number. If you have an online account you will need to send us a secure message.
